There are a number of advantages to using ACP/ACMs:

Due to their mix of metal and plastic, ACPs are durable, weather and stain resistant. They offer a solid barrier, allowing consumers to enjoy a reduction in sound from the outside environment. Panels retain their shape and size, despite drastic weather changes, making them ideal for regions with harsh seasons. Additionally, ACPs are resistant to corrosion, ensuring consumers can enjoy the benefits for years to come.

Aluminum composite panels are one of the most economical materials available on the market. With low initial cost and long-lasting durability, ACPs offer homeowners cost-savings from the onset. They’ve also proven to offer high-quality thermal comfort, providing additional savings in energy and gas expenses.

Hassle-Free Maintenance
ACP allow for hassle-free maintenance, preserving the structure’s look and feel longer than any other product. To remove dirt and dust, simply wipe with a clean cloth.

Flexibility in Color
Many construction materials limit the consumer to a few colour options. Since aluminium composite panels are available in a variety of colours, buyers no longer have to settle for the closest alternative to that hue they had their heart set on. ACPs can even replicate the textured natural stone, wood, and metallics.

What is ACM?

Aluminium composite panel (ACP), also aluminium composite material (ACM), is a type of flat panel that consists of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a non-aluminium core.  As a result, ACPs are frequently used for external cladding or facades of buildings, insulation, and signage.

Aluminium sheets come coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), fluoropolymer resins (FEVE), or polyester paint.  Aluminium can be painted in any kind of colour, and ACPs are produced in a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colours as well as patterns that imitate other materials, such as wood or brushed metal.  The core is commonly low-density polyethylene or a mix of low-density polyethylene and mineral material to exhibit fire retardant properties.  Hence, ACM is weatherproof so it won’t rust or rot and can withstand heats of 70c.

Standoff Mounts

GSN  offers a wide range of standoff mounts at wholesale prices. Therefore everyone can beautify their home and or garden with ease. Mounting is one of the most crucial parts to finishing off your decorative screens.  Creating shadow effects on nearby elements, also giving it a floating effect on your wall or fence.

Since standoff mounts are the only patented standoff system utilising 2 or 3 parts, they can be used in a wide range of signage and display. Also graphic images, display and decorative screen applications.  You will find their unequalled functionality will give you many more options to achieve very creative solutions.

Box tube and GSN Fixit

Box tube posting is the perfect alternative for mounting near a boundary fence or freestanding in a garden. Coming in a range of sizes with a full range of corner joiners and T sections. Made from aluminium, they are strong, lightweight and very reasonably priced.  Coupled with our "GSN Fixit" system, you can make it as wide or high as you want. The modular based system makes it a breeze when you need to join our screens. Have a look at the images below for short example.

ACM doesn't suit my requirements, what else have you got?

ACM not for you, not a problem. We are able to supply decorative screens in many other materials. Aluminium, Timber and plastic are the other main alternatives. We suggest not to use a 100% plastic screen as they don't like the summer heat and tend to warp over time.

Whatever your budget, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable application for your needs.

We are more than happy to help you whether it be via online chat (which is the bubble in the bottom right corner) or simply send us an email by clicking here. If you prefer to call our number is 0403 412 134  or come visit us at u6 29 McIntyre way Kenwick, WA.

Are your decorative screens ok for outdoors?

The ACM we use for our decorative screens are completely suitable to be in the rain and can tolerate our hot summer sun. They will not fade, rust or rot.

How much is postage?

We have a standard flat rate of $19.95 for postage Australia wide if placing an order online. For custom orders that consist of an odd shape or a different colour varies in size and quantity. We can supply a shipping quote if you provide us with your suburb and postcode.

How long will it take before i get my order?

Standard production time is 2 weeks, then postage is approximately 1 week, a total of 3 weeks.

What if you dont have a design i like?

If you cant find a design you like from our design guide, but have seen something you like elsewhere. Send it to us and we can create your decorative screen from the image you supply us. The custom design work is at no charge.

Can you visit my home to measure and quote?

Yes, we can. If you live in or around the Perth metro area we are more than happy to visit you and do a measure and quote.

We can also bring colour samples and different framing and mounting options to see whats best suited for you.

Are you able to cut a screen from my artwork or drawing?

Absolutely. Feel free to send us an email or visit our workshop to further discuss your requirements. We can work from almost any file format.

How do i look after my decorative screens?

The easiest way to keep your screens looking clean and beautiful is to use some soapy water. I personally prefer a car cleaner, wash and wax works best. Then some paper towel or a chamois to dry them so there are no watermarks left.

At most 1 or 2 times a year is plenty.

How can i get a 50% to 75% privacy screen?

The process is quite simple and achievable with almost any of our designs. We follow the council regulations and can be sure the blockage will suffice.
